The Basil Bicycle Crate in the medium size has a volume of 29.5L. It is made using recycled synthetic material (regranulate). This crate includes a MIK product adaptor.
Mounting the crate on the Fatfish Rear Rack:
Basil bicycle crates use the MIK system, which makes these crates detachable. The product adaptor on the crate's bottom clicks into the carrier plate on the ebike's rear rack. The click-on, click-off system of the Basil bicycle crate makes shopping and transporting things a breeze!
How can the crate be mounted on the Fatfish Ebikes?
For the Fatfish OG, you will need to install the MIK Carrier Plate onto the rear rack.
To make this work for the Fatfish Step, you will need to install the adaptor plate and MIK Carrier Plate onto the rear rack.
This crate is compatible with the Fatfish Biggie without any additional products. The Fatfish Biggie comes with a MIK Ready Rear Rack.

OG Fatfishers will need a MIK Carrier Plate for their rear racks to become suitable for this crate.
Biggie Fatfishers can buy this straight without any additional products to make their rear racks compatible, since these are prefitted with MIK Plates.
Step Fatfishers will need an adaptor plate and the MIK Carrier Plate fitting, to make their rear racks suitable for this crate.

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from Gold Coast, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas. For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee.
