The Tannus Armour Tubed Insert offers 360-degree puncture protection, making it a solid choice for riders of all levels. Whether you’re tackling rough trails, dirt jumps, or just enjoying a weekend ride, this insert is built to adapt to your environment and boost performance.
Positioned between your tyre and inner tube, the insert provides 15mm of top puncture protection and 2mm of sidewall coverage, guarding against sharp objects, sidewall cuts, rim damage, and pinch flats.
Flexibility for Better Handling
The flexible wings move with your tyre and rim, improving traction, stability, and ride responsiveness. This keeps your ride smooth and controlled, no matter the terrain.
With 15mm of protection, it absorbs impacts and reduces shocks, allowing for a more comfortable ride, especially on rough or uneven surfaces.

Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from Gold Coast, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas. For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee.
